Busch Gardens

Williamsburg, VA

Busch Gardens is an Amusement Park I went to on my trip. Now Open, Ireland! In this section of the park you will find a festive Irish village with an authentic Irish dance show, a local pub, strolling entertainers, Irish displays of talent, enchanted castle, 3-D adventure experience, an resident leprechaun and his sound machine. I am sure you will find something that you enjoy.

When you’re in Jack Hanna’s Wildlife reserve you will find gray wolves, exotic lorikeets and other fantastic animals. You will also learn how to preserve the animal’s habitat.

Apollo’s Chariot is a new hyper coaster designed to achieve great height and a high rate of speed. The pulse quickening journey plummets passengers a total of 210 feet on the first drop. There are a total of nine drops and at one point you reach a speed of 73 mph with the sensation of free-flight.

Claire’s Fettuccine Report

My sister Claire loves Fettuccine, she ordered it all the time.  I, on the other hand, was ordering Crab Cakes, Yummm.  These are all great places to eat if you get a chance to visit.

Grilled Lemon Chicken
(This recipe is from my Godmother Mo in Seattle, WA)

* Up to three hours before cooking time, marinade boneless skinless
chicken breasts in enough lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemons to
cover. (The number of lemons will depend on the amount of chicken -
approx. two lemons for four breasts.)
* When the barbeque is heated, place breasts on the grill and coat with
lots of lemon pepper seasoning.
*  Cook at a high temperature quickly, watching so as not to burn.
*  Turn after 5-6 minutes on one side, repeat seasoning.
* Meat is cooked when the pink has barely disappeared from the thickest
part of the breast - it should still be very moist.
* Remove from grill and slice breasts lengthwise into strips. This is
delicious on Caesar Salad, Pasta, Rice or in sandwich buns.
